Problem

In the mobile game market, what gets a game downloaded is often what people see before the game itself: the icon, the character, the first few seconds. Small studios usually find time for that visual language only at the end.

Solution

Taiga Game Studio brings TAIGA's brand and creative technology experience to mobile games. The game is designed together with its characters and visual language. In its first game, Pourcery, colourful liquids poured between bottles become characters with faces.

Taiga Game Studio is TAIGA GROUP’s mobile game studio. Its first game is Pourcery.

Pourcery

Pourcery’s world is made of bottles and the colourful liquids inside them. Red, blue and yellow liquids are poured from bottle to bottle, and each bottle becomes a character that winks and smiles. The name comes from the same idea: pour plus sorcery.

Visual language

The studio builds the game’s visual identity together with the game. Glossy, glass-like surfaces, splashing drops and a logo of round, puffy letters form the shared language of Pourcery’s icon family. Icon options drawn on different backgrounds and with different characters are variations of that language.
